How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, typically within 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 7–14 business days to Australia, the USA, Canada and New Zealand, 7–18 to the UK and Europe, and 10–25 elsewhere. These are estimates, and delays can happen in busy periods.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. We email your tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also use Track My Order.

What size should I order?
Sizes are US sizing. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Allow 2–3 cm (1–1.5 in) either way for fabric stretch and garment variation. Check the size guide above the Add to Cart button.

How do I return something?
Email support@mercerfinch.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase and wait for written approval before sending anything back. Full details are in our return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and clear photos. If the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to help. After that, orders move into processing and changes may not be possible.

Will I have to pay import duties?
Depending on where you live, customs may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility.
