Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, typically within 1-3 business days. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Free Shipping: All orders over $100 USD ship free. This is applied automatically at checkout

Shipping Times: Delivery varies by location (e.g., US / Canada / Australia / NZ: 7–14 business days, UK/Europe: 7-18 business days, and Other regions: 10–25 business days.  Delays may occur during busy seasons. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations/Changes: Requests must be made within 24 hours.

Separate Shipments: Items may ship separately due to availability. Some items are delivered directly from the manufacturer.
